DEC Non-Commercial Activity Permits

RTRA Members can now access the DEC 'Non-Commercial Activity Permit' from the Members section.
This is the form that ride organisers need to complete and submit to obtain DEC approval to ride in a group on DEC estate such as State Forest trails.
RTRA is seeking clarification from DEC as to the number of riders in a group that triggers the requirement to submit an application. We'll let members know as soon as we receive a response.
